MTU Competition

General Terms & Conditions:

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
To enter you must be a student of MTU Kerry. Presentation of a valid in-date MTU student card will be required on prize collection.
Only one entry per member. Member must be over 18 years of age.
Officers and agents of Cara CU are excluded from submitting an entry form.
Cara Credit Union is excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
The winner will be required to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity undertaken.
Winners will be contacted by email or phone. The selected winner will be expected to reply with confirmation of contact details so they can avail of the prize with 48 hours of initially being notified. In the event that the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternative winner will be selected and awarded the prize.
The determination and decision of Cara Credit Union on all matters shall be final and no competition correspondence will be entered into.
