COVID-19 is still very much part of our lives so we ask, where possible, that you avoid coming to our branches. If you have to come in, please adhere to our social distancing guidelines and if applicable wear a facemask.

Members exempt from the face covering requirement under the regulations can be facilitated within our branches by making an appointment in advance of their visit, thereby ensuring a room is available within our branches to allow you transact in a safe environment. Member Services Phones will open from 9:30am -5pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and 9:30am – 3:30pm on Tuesday. Our online services are available 24/7. 

For the immediate future while Covid restrictions are in place we are not in a position to re-open on Saturdays. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update you accordingly.

For all members who have registered for Online Banking, you can avail of the following services through CU Online + Banking.

Mobile App 

Once you are registered for CU Online + Banking, you can download our Mobile App cuAnywhere for mobile banking on the go. 

Our CU Online+ Banking/mobile app services also allows you to transfer funds to your bank account from your own credit union Shares (Savings) Account and Current Account so you can also access funds in emergency situations.  

Mastercard Debit Card

Withdraw cash and pay at point of sale, anywhere in the world.  You can also use the card online and avail of cashback  at participating retailers.


Financial Difficulty Meeting your Loan Repayments 

If your circumstances have changed due to Covid-19 and you are now having difficulty meeting your credit union loan please email us on or call us during business hours on 066 712 2373, Please understand that we are receiving a high volume of requests but will contact all Members as quickly as possible and will continue to support our Members through this challenging time.

Report your Current Account Debit Card lost or stolen by calling the Customer Services Team who are available for fraud support 24/7 on +353 (1) 693 3333

OR You can suspend your Debit Card online. Once registered to use online, you can simply log in and suspend your own Debit Card if you have temporarily lost the card or are suspicious of transactions relating to your Debit Card Activity

1: Photographic ID: a current driving licence, a current passport or other suitable form of photographic ID.

2. Proof of Address: dated within the last 6 months a utility bill, government letter or bank statement.

3. Proof of PPS Number: (Personal Public Service Number) Proof of P60, P45, Payslip, Medical Card or correspondence from the tax office.
