A fraud must be reported and acted upon within 13 months of a fraudulent transaction and 120 days of a non fraudulent transaction.

Current account Safety Guidelines

  • We recommend our members to keep minimal balances in current accounts as an anti-fraud measure. By having online access to our mobile app, CU Online+, this allows for funds to be transferred in second when the need arises.
