IMPORTANT MEMBERS NOTICE PLEASE READ as the log in process to your account online has changed:
You will need to log in below to authenticate yourself.
1. Type in your username as prompted. Please remember your username is case sensitive.
2. Type in your password (this has changed to ask for your password not your 8 digit PIN)
3. When prompted press “Generate One Time Passcode”
4. A code will be sent to your phone.(if you mobile number has changed please email email@example.com as you won’t receive the code)
4A. Please note that CU Online may not work on some mobile browsers. Please try with a tablet or a laptop\ computer if you are experiencing issues login in.
5. Enter the code you received in the text message
6. Press “I Approve this Activity”
Please note you may be asked periodically for your 8 digit PIN but not everytime.
Now press “Login to Banking” here:
Once this step is completed you can now access Cuanywhere Mobile App as normal.
